About Lacey Everett, PsyD

Dr. Everett is pursuing her licensure requirements in California as a Registered Psychological Associate under the supervision of Chelsea O’Haire, Psy.D.  With genuine enthusiasm, warmth, and a deep appreciation for each person’s distinct strengths, Dr. Everett employs a Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Culturally Informed approach. She integrates evidence-based practices, including Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to create a positive therapeutic environment that fosters the interconnectedness of mind-body healing.

  • HealthPoint Primary Care (APA accredited pre-doctoral internship): Partnered with a pediatrician in a medical doctor's office as a mental health therapist, utilizing a mind-body connection approach and collaborated with an interdisciplinary team of medical providers as the therapist in each exam room for patients of all ages with various mental and physical health concerns.
  • The Winston School: Therapist at a middle and high school treating students who were on the spectrum, had ADHD, and a variety of other conditions.
  • Esperanza Crisis Center: Mental health therapist in residential facility for client with severe diagnoses. 
  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) Clinic: Mental health therapist for college students utilizing the evidence-based ACT.
