Elizabeth is currently pursuing licensure requirements in the State of California as a supervised Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). Elizabeth provides individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults in our Newport Beach and Dana Point offices. Elizabeth utilizes evidenced-based play therapy and activity therapy techniques when working with children and adolescents. She blends her play-based approaches with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients meet their goals. She incorporates neuropsychology to utilize brain-based approaches for cognitive processing and emotional regulation.

Elizabeth prioritizes the therapeutic relationship, and easily connects to her clients through warmth, kindness, and genuineness. She works with a range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, ADHD, and relationship concerns. She is committed to the highest quality of care and tailors treatment based on each client's specialized needs.
